- What is it about Buddhism that really fascinates you?

It's in line with psychology, sociology, and neurology. It helps you take control of how you see yourself and your life. This is the ultimate power; for no matter what your accomplishments are, they are for naught if you live in a mental prison.
- How long have you been studying Buddhism?

I've been reading about various forms of meditation since High School. Over time I've gradually learned more.
