I've recently come to Seoul to take a year long vacation and have found my yoga home at an Ashtanga Studio in Gangnam. It is a mysore style yoga studio. Mysore practice focuses on breath (Ujjayi breathing/pranayama), gaze (drishti), and bandhas (locks). This specific style of yoga is a focused meditation driven by movement, more specifically breath.
