This is a group for people who are interested learning more about mindfulness meditation practice and/or Buddhism. Join others on Sundays at 10:00 am at the monastery for sitting meditation followed by a dharma talk given by Resident Master Thich Tinh Tu. The predominant language is Vietnamese but an English translation for meditation and instruction is always provided.
