The Sandy Springs Insight Meditation Group is for people interested in learning about and practicing Insight (Vipassana) Meditation. Atlanta Insight Meditation Community is a peer-led community of meditators in the Buddhist Insight tradition.  We meet on Monday nights, from 7-9 pm, in the Chapel of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta.  Meetings are open, and all levels of meditation experience are welcome.

The Skye Teachings are a set of new spiritual writings and books and videos that form a do-it-yourself spiritual framework. It is not based upon any existing spiritual system or religion but perhaps has some resemblance to Buddhism in some ways. There was no adequate spiritual path for me so I am creating my own and writing about it to share it with others.
