I just returned from a five day Kadampa Meditation retreat in Glen Spey, NY. I was blown away by the profound, clear, and prolific writings of Gen Kelsang Gyato, a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and contemporary of Dalai Lama, who took his teachings from Atisha, who simplified the 84,000 teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni.
